About the Office

The Grievance Hearing Office at Kombolcha Polytechnic College is dedicated to providing a fair, transparent, and confidential process for addressing grievances and complaints. Our primary role is to act as an impartial body that investigates, mediates, and resolves disputes that may arise between employees, students, and the college administration. We are committed to upholding the rights of all individuals and ensuring that every grievance is heard and handled with the utmost respect and integrity. Receiving Grievances

We serve as the official point of contact for receiving all employee and student grievances, ensuring they are properly documented and registered.

Conducting Investigations

We conduct thorough and impartial investigations into all reported grievances, gathering evidence and interviewing all relevant parties.

Mediating Disputes

Our office provides mediation services to help conflicting parties find a mutually agreeable resolution to their disputes, avoiding formal proceedings where possible.

Providing Recommendations

Based on the investigation findings, we provide objective recommendations for resolution to the appropriate college authorities.

Maintaining Confidentiality

We guarantee that all information related to a grievance is handled with strict confidentiality to protect the privacy of all involved parties.

Ensuring Policy Compliance

We ensure that all grievance resolutions are in compliance with the college's policies, regulations, and relevant legal standards.

Record Keeping
