The Human Resource Management Office is dedicated to fostering a positive and productive work environment for all faculty and staff. Our core mission is to manage the college's human capital effectively by handling recruitment, professional development, performance management, and employee relations. Employee Acquisition & Retention

We are responsible for the hiring, placement, and promotion of all staff, ensuring that the college attracts and retains a highly skilled and dedicated workforce.

Performance Management

Our team manages the performance evaluation and promotion processes, ensuring fairness and encouraging continuous professional development among all employees.

Compensation & Benefits

We oversee the preparation of payroll and manage benefits, ensuring that all employees are compensated accurately and on time, in line with institutional policies.

Policy and Grievance

We are the primary office for interpreting and implementing human resource policies and for addressing staff disciplinary and grievance issues in a transparent and equitable manner.

Employee File Management

The office is responsible for maintaining and managing the files and records of all staff members in accordance with the relevant policies and regulations.

Training & Development

We identify skill gaps and provide opportunities for professional growth through training programs and capacity-building workshops for all staff.

Workforce Planning

We forecast the future human resource needs of the college and develop strategies to ensure we have the right people in the right roles at the right time.

Leave & Attendance Management

We administer all types of employee leave, including annual, sick, and maternity leave, and monitor attendance to ensure compliance with college policies.

Disciplinary Actions

We handle all staff disciplinary matters, ensuring that they are conducted with fairness, transparency, and in accordance with established regulations.

Strategic HR Planning

We align the college's human resource strategy with its long-term goals and objectives to ensure that we are well-positioned for future growth and success.

Quality Management Systems (QMS)

We ensure the college's human resource practices comply with national and international quality management standards like ISO.

Disciplinary & Legal Compliance

We oversee all disciplinary proceedings and ensure that our HR policies and practices adhere to legal and regulatory standards.
