About the Office
The Quality Manager Office is responsible for the overall design, implementation, and maintenance of the college's Quality Management System (QMS). Our primary mission is to ensure that all processes, from academic delivery to administrative support, meet or exceed a consistent standard of quality. We work collaboratively with all departments to foster a culture of quality consciousness, continuous improvement, and stakeholder satisfaction. Our role is pivotal in ensuring compliance with national and international standards, thereby enhancing the college's reputation and operational effectiveness.
System Management
We are responsible for establishing, documenting, and maintaining the college's Quality Management System (QMS) in accordance with ISO 9001:2015.
Internal Audits
We plan and conduct regular internal audits to evaluate the effectiveness of the QMS and identify areas for improvement.
Performance Monitoring
We monitor and measure key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure that quality objectives are being met across all college operations.
Process Improvement
We lead initiatives to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of college processes, reducing waste and enhancing overall quality.
Compliance Assurance
We ensure that the college's quality standards and procedures are in full compliance with ISO 9001:2015 and other relevant regulations.
Quality Training
We provide training and guidance to staff on quality principles, QMS procedures, and best practices to build a culture of quality.
